 This is the mindfulness token. If you have received this token it is because someone is reminding you to take time for yourself today. The token is representing sand and a person meditating. The brain on top is there to remind people to keep their brain healthy by being present in their life and being mindful. I hope when you look at this token you remember to breathe and be present in your life.

 This is a strength token. The symbol of my token is the 3 shape in the middle. It means that you have different strengths in life, even if you don’t feel like you have strength you always will. You will have strength to keep fighting for what you believe in and who you are. The color choices on the token represent signs of darkness which mean that there might be dark times in your life, while the light colors mean that you will always get back up from them. You will always have strength no matter what anyone tells you.
